Forged in the underground of Southern France, RAPTURE IN BLOOD is a monolithic Death Metal force devoted to the uncompromising spirit of the 90s.

Built by seasoned veterans of the French extreme metal scene, the band features Chris Martyr (Mornoss, ex-Cartilage), Jo Guigou (Agressor, Outburst), Ju (Skulpin), Fabien (Funerarium) and Flo (Enmity, Thalidomide, Mercyless).

After tearing through the local underground alongside bands such as Voorhees and Demonist, Rapture in Blood strikes in 2026 with their debut album, God of Perversion.

Recorded by Tony of Catacomb and featuring artwork by renowned artist Chris Moyen, the album delivers crushing riffs, cavernous vocals and a filthy, old-school sound rooted in the darkest traditions of Tampa and European Death Metal.
