Tempt Fate is a Death Metal band from Toulouse (France), formed in 2014. Their latest album, Holy Deformity, was released in September 2023 on the Almost Famous label and distributed by Season of Mist. It was recorded by Nicolas Constans and Tempt Fate, then mixed and mastered by Thibault Bernard of Convulsound Production.

Holy Deformity showcases technique and brutality in an aesthetic that is both heavy and incisive. The album explores the depths of the body, humanity, and its existential angst through a harsh slice of life bordering on fiction. The atmosphere recalls some influences from pioneers of the genre such as The Black Dahlia Murder, Aborted, and Benighted.
